-He hit him pretty hard, to be honest, but fortunately the taxi wasn't moving so it shouldn't be seriously hurt. If he was drunk driving, he should just say sorry and take care of the insurance, and give plenty of compensation. It's something that could've been fixed privately, but the manager turned it into a hit-and-run case, even changing clothes and deleting the black box footage. I guess it's because of drunk driving.
