Leaking Min Hee-jin's KakaoTalk messages repeatedly is considered a 'rational' action by you, and since Min Hee-jin isn't suing over those messages, you're implying that not suing means she acknowledges them, right?

So by that logic, why isn’t HYBE suing Danworld? They've been using HYBE's artists in their promotions for years. Why isn’t HYBE taking legal action against them?

If I say this, you'll probably reply, "But they did announce they're suing Danworld!" However, that lawsuit is aimed at the 'public' linking Danworld with HYBE, not at Danworld itself for unauthorized promotion and using BTS.
