This is a summarization.
On 13 May 2024, an email from Ador to Hybe containing New Jeans parents' grievances was obtained by Daily Sports. Two emails were sent to Hybe in early and mid April 2024.
The parents' main concerns were:
-The plagiarism of New Jeans by another girl group under one of Hybe's labels.
-The blatant discrimination against New Jeans. The New Jeans members expressed to their parents that whenever they'd encounter Chairman Bang Si-hyuk and greeted him, he'd pretend not to know them and turn away. The parents at first rationalized that maybe he didn't recognize the girls, but then stated that you should still accept the greeting of someone who greets you first.
The New Jeans members would find themselves at a loss for words in the elevator over their embarrassment at being ignored. At other times they'd feel ignored and deliberately avoided, and at other times like he was purposefully pretending not to see them.
The parents said how unfortunate this was considering the members are only middle and high school age.
-Hybe broke their promise of New Jeans going to be their first girl group. The parents say the members were neglected and left endlessly waiting at Source Music while another girl group got to debut first.

[+161,-0] Suppressing newcomers by ignoring their greetings.
[+111,-9]They didn't promote New Jeans until Le Sserafim came out. But then New Jeans took off as soon as they debuted.
[+55,-100] To me, it looks like things are going according to Min Hee-jin's plan. The plan is to make it public that Hybe is neglecting and treating New Jeans unfairly, making Hybe unfavorable to the public, and ultimately taking New Jeans out to become independent. But from a corporate perspective, if I brought in someone from outside to help grow a subsidiary I founded with my own capital, would I be able to just let this person go if she tried to take the subsidiary away? It seems clear that there is a grudge between Hybe and Min Hee-jin, but taking New Jeans out is a separate issue. If you don't like the agency, you can just end the contract and not renew it. However, looking at the facts revealed so far and the arguments of both sides, it seems to be true that Min Hee-jin's excessive self-consciousness played a role. Can Min Hee-jin unconditionally claim only unfairness? In my eyes, the New Jeans incident does not seem fundamentally different from the Fifty-Fifty incident. The dog fight between the two will continue in the future, and the court will ultimately make the decision.
