What's the truth behind the resale price of Le Sserafim's fan meeting tickets dropping to 8,000 won?

The original poster starts of by highlighting that these are not last-minute cancellation tickets. And with only a month left until the concert, they wonder if it is possible for the resale price of 8,720 won (1,000 yen) to be exaggerated.

However, Japanese resale sites confirm that the actual resale price for Le Sserafim's concert is indeed this price.

OP also notes that  the venue its not even a dome, but in an arena with barely 9,000 seats... (BabyMonster sold out 13,000 seats right after their debut) And that this isn't even on a weekday; it's on a weekend...

The group including Sakura, who has been active in Japan for 13 years, and Kim Chae-won, with 8 years of activity also has OP puzzled about the low turn out.

Looking further down, it's clear this isn't just a couple of rushed listings; some were initially priced at 6,000 yen or 6,500 yen but ended up selling for as low as 3,000 yen.

- "Streaming, albums, likes, retweets, and views can be manipulated with money and clicks, but concert seats require actual attendance ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ"

- "But weren't they popular in Japan?
Until last year, they were really popular, appearing even on TV shows, right? Why the shift suddenly?"

- "Though I'm not a Le Sserafim fan, posts like this aren't great to me... It simply looks like resellers are rushing to sell as the concert dates approach, but that's just how things go at any event."

- "ㅋㅋㅋㅋ HYBE... What are we going to do about this situation?"

- "When you see this, the difference between Le Sserafim's albums and their offline events is quite stark. Even in Japan, girl groups that sell only 30,000 or 40,000 albums perform at Tokyo Dome. It's odd. The situation was similar with Korean offline events as well."

- "I guess they are just not popular."

- "So are the rankings on the Japanese charts they kept showing even accurate..? Why is there such a big difference?"

- "No joke, I live in Japan and Le Sserafim was incredibly popular here. What's actually happening now???? Of course, Coachella also sparked significant controversy here too, but is it really this much of a big deal now??"

- "With two members from Japan, shouldn't the album sales be higher?"

- "Because of Bang Si-hyuk's stubbornness, it seems like  upcoming albums have become do-or-die for them."
