In short, on the 30th May 2024, granted Min Hee Jin her injunction prohibiting HYBE from exercising their voting rights where they said (publicly) that they would fire her. 

The presiding judge said based on what was submitted, there is no reason for Min hee Jin's dismissal. If they dismiss her, they will have to compensate her 20 billion won!
