It's just to reduce looking swollen when filming etc.. If you try it, you'll just end up overeating the next day and it's a fast track to eating disorders. Sullyoon is a celebrity, so she might eat like that once or twice, but you have to consider her workout and practice routines. For a regular person, this is an extremely restrictive diet. It's crazy that some people are saying it's okay."
