- On the 25th, the term '뉴진스럽다' ('NewJeanseureopda') was registered on the online Korean language site 'NamuWiki', defined as 'poor service for the cost'.

-This term gained attention due to controversies involving the collaboration between the group NewJeans and the game 'PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds'.

- Issues arose when some users sexualized the group's members by dressing their in-game characters inappropriately and sharing photos online. ADOR and KRAFTON, the game's creator, announced plans to address these concerns and uphold community guidelines to ensure a healthier gaming environment.

- However, some users expressed dissatisfaction over restrictions imposed on using purchased items in the game, leading to debates and the spread of the new term on online platforms.
